| Is it able to be an official buyer instead of re-seller? | |
| A | If the re-seller have a Korean logistics team or any contracted logistics service in Korea, Korea Pet Food will deliver the cargo to the collecting area free of charge. If the re-seller have no Korean logistics then, there are 2 options. Option 1, We can arrange to ship the cargo by EMS but there will be EMS cost will be charge(it will charge at cost). EMS service is only available with the very small amount of order due to expensive shipping cost. Option 2, We can provide 3rd party companies contact who is handling the small courier. |

| A | Korea Pet Food discussed about this issue and calculated tons of times for over a year. The whole preparation of re-seller program actually took a year.
